Welcome

Welcome to East Asian Studies at Princeton University. The department offers all levels of language training in Chinese, Japanese and Korean, as well as courses leading to the undergraduate A.B. degree in East Asian Studies. In addition, it offers a Language and Culture certificate program in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. At the graduate level, the department provides doctoral training in Chinese and Japanese literature, and premodern Chinese and Japanese history.
